How Secure is my Card with CARBONCRAFT?

Your credit card data is never retained beyond the transfer process. For added peace of mind, we recommend sending a deactivated or temporarily frozen card. Once your custom metal card is crafted, all personal information is securely erased.

For ATMs where only a part of the card is inserted, usage is recommended. If an issue arises at an ATM, you can retrieve your card with identification at the bank. Additionally, you can set up contactless features on your smartphone for ATM access.
At this time the tap and pay function is not available on the metal card, but you can utilize your smartphone’s contactless payment features as a convenient alternative. We do have cards in R&D and will be bringing an alternative that has tap capabilities to the market soon.

Given the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and encourage you to reach out with any specific concerns. For added peace of mind, we offer a Card Care Insurance Add-On that covers two card replacements over two years. ( Must be purchased with your card)
